Step One: Teacher demonstrates how to print “grammar
comments” from turnitin.com.
Step Two: Students write revisions of their
essays. Pay particular attention to your
thesis; lead in (prepare the reader for the quote); in depth elaboration
(specific to the quote, use key words from the quote); and your
conclusion. Review all grammar mistakes
you made in your first essay. Do not
make the same mistakes.
Step Three:
Type your essay; print your essay; review your essay with a peer reviewer.
Step Four:
Improve your essay further based on your peer review.
Step Five: Submit your essay to turnitin.com
Home Learning:
- Complete revising your essay and submit to turnitin.com if not finished in class. Final essay revisions are due for 3B Monday, Oct. 14th, 2A & 4A Tuesday, Oct. 15th.

- Study for your Sat #2 Test.
The SAT #2 test will be given for 3B Monday, Oct.
